Children with bookings for today who haven't checked in yet. Tap to check in with one touch. Late arrivals are highlighted.
Children currently checked in. Shows arrival time, session details, and any notes. Tap to check out or log extras like meals and nappies.
Children who have already left for the day. Shows check-in and check-out times, total hours attended, and any extras logged during the session.
Tap a child's name to check them in. Tap again to check them out. The system records the exact time and calculates hours attended automatically.
Made a mistake? Undo a check-in or check-out with one tap. The child moves back to their previous panel and the time record is corrected.
Record absences with a reason: sickness, planned holiday, unplanned absence, or other. Absence records feed into reports and are visible to parents.
Children booked for custom sessions (specific start and end times) are tracked separately. The system validates attendance against the booked session window.
Log meals, nappies, sun cream, and other consumables during attendance. Each extra is timestamped and can be configured with a price for invoicing.
Add notes visible only to staff, or send messages to parents about their child's day. Notes are attached to the attendance record for that session.
Navigate to any date to view historical attendance. See who was in, who was absent, and what extras were logged on any given day.
The attendance screen updates in real time. When another staff member checks a child in or out, you see the change immediately without refreshing.
